By using Rock Creek Logistics LLC’ services, you (“Client,” “Seller,” “you,” “your”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. These Terms apply to all clients who store inventory with us, connect their TikTok Shop to our systems, or use our fulfillment and shipping services.
1. Scope of Services
Rock Creek Logistics LLC provides fulfillment services specifically designed for TikTok sellers, including:
- Receiving and storing your inventory
- Integrating directly with your TikTok Shop to receive orders
- Picking, packing, and shipping orders to your customers
- Providing tracking information and basic fulfillment reporting
We do not manage customer service, product listings, advertising, or TikTok Shop account compliance.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate product information, SKU details, and inventory counts
- Ensure all products comply with TikTok Shop policies and applicable laws
- Maintain an active TikTok Shop connection to our fulfillment system
- Provide timely payment for storage, fulfillment, shipping, and any additional fees
- Ensure your products are safe, legal, and properly labeled
You are solely responsible for your customers, your TikTok Shop account, and any disputes arising from your product listings or sales.
3. Inventory Requirements
3.1 Product Restrictions
You may not store or ship:
- Hazardous materials
- Illegal items
- Perishable goods
- Counterfeit or trademark-infringing products
- Items prohibited by TikTok Shop or carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.)
RCL reserves the right to refuse or dispose of prohibited inventory at your expense.
3.2 Inventory Accuracy
We perform routine inventory counts, but you are responsible for verifying accuracy. Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of discovery.
4. Order Processing & Fulfillment
4.1 Order Integration
By connecting your TikTok Shop to RCL, you authorize us to:
- Access order information
- Fulfill orders on your behalf
- Update tracking information
4.2 Fulfillment Time
Standard fulfillment time is 1–2 business days after an order is received. High-volume periods may extend processing times.
4.3 Packaging
RCL uses standard packaging unless custom packaging is provided by the client. Custom packaging must be pre-approved and stocked by the client.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Carrier Selection
RCL selects carriers based on cost, speed, and reliability unless the client requests specific carriers.
5.2 Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.
5.3 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is lost or damaged:
- RCL will assist in filing a claim
- Carrier decisions are final
- RCL is not liable for carrier errors
6. Fees & Billing
6.1 Pricing
Fees may include:
- Storage fees
- Pick & pack fees
- Packaging materials
- Shipping costs
- Special handling fees
- Account or integration fees
Pricing is subject to change with notice.
6.2 Payment Terms
Invoices must be paid promptly. Unpaid invoices may result in:
- Suspension of fulfillment services
- Storage penalties
- Disposal or liquidation of inventory after 30 days of non-payment
7. Liability & Limitations
7.1 Maximum Liability
RCL’s liability for any claim related to inventory, fulfillment, or shipping is limited to the actual cost of the affected inventory, not retail value.
7.2 No Guarantee of Sales
RCL does not guarantee:
- TikTok Shop approval
- Sales performance
- Customer satisfaction
- Platform compliance
7.3 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold RCL harmless from any claims related to:
- Your products
- Your TikTok Shop account
- Customer disputes
- Legal or regulatory violations
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination:
- All outstanding invoices must be paid
- Inventory must be removed within 14 days
- Storage fees continue until inventory is removed
Unclaimed inventory may be disposed of or liquidated.
9. Privacy & Data Use
We only use your data to provide fulfillment services. We do not sell or share your data with third parties except:
- Shipping carriers
- Platform integrations
- Required legal authorities

10. Modifications to Terms
RCL may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in Orange County, CA.
